I wrote this to give Mother Earth some personal attributes
Nature. Her self improvement from a barren ball of rock to positively teeming with all manner of life.
Birdsong and babbling streams. She is singing and joyful
Soil. Her skin. Without it she is bereft of life.
Trees. The results of patiently growing stronger.
Mountains. Her awe inspiring beauty
Atmosphere. Her life support system
Humans. Her potential. Both good and bad.
Forests and phytoplankton in the oceans. Her lungs.
Volcanoes. Her past erupting into the present.
Rain. Her gentle life force.
Hurricanes, thunder and lightning. Her anger in a storm when things get heated.
Flowers. Her happiness. The earth laughs in flowers because when everything is fertile and watered then life will take off and be spectacular
Sunset. Her art. She gifts us a light show every evening more beautiful than any painting and like all art it is taken for granted.
Wind balancing hot and cold climates to enable stability. Her breath. Her internal balance.
Rivers. Her blood. They carry life throughout her.
The tiniest insect. Her taking on the perspective of the smallest of creatures in order to understand the world better.
Clouds. How she protects her skin from burning.
